Glenn Rapp has over 20 years of experience successfully recruiting executives for Fortune 500 companies, mid-market firms and start-ups. He specializes in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit/SOX, SEC Reporting, Treasury, Revenue Recognition, Financial Systems and M&A/Corporate Development positions. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked at Xcel Group and K-Force. As a Senior Director at K-Force he reached the Corporate Gold level of performance during his first year of employment.
Before becoming a headhunter, Glenn had a successful career as an executive and entrepreneur in the healthcare industry. As a regional director at Columbia HCA he was responsible for day-to-day operations in Texas, South Carolina and Florida with over $250 million in annual revenue. This led to his participation as a principal in Triad Corporation, which successfully launched and sold three hospital projects in Kentucky and Texas.
Glenn was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky. Splits time between a ranch in Washington State and a home in SW Florida, is an avid runner and biker.
Kyle Moody, Director
Kyle Moody joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining the PartnerWest, Kyle spent over 25 years as an operational, financial and accounting executive, primarily with telecommunications and high technology companies. His experience includes the COO and CFO roles at venture-backed Red Digital Cinema Camera Company as well as financial management and corporate development roles at publicly held wireless telecommunications companies AirTouch Communications and Vodafone. Kyle’s experience also includes working for Big 4 firm EY.
Kyle is a California CPA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from BYU and an MBA from USC. Kyle resides in Southern California with his family.
